Simply Pharmacy Online accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Afterpay for all retail orders. 

 

Order Fulfilment Policy

Simply Pharmacy Online aims to process orders as quickly as possible and dispatched on the same day that orders are received, if the products are in stock, before 3pm AEST. 

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business days on Monday and Tuesday. 

 

FAQS

Can products be placed on backorders?

Unfortunately items cannot be put on back order, as we avoid advertising products that are not in stock. If you have placed an order and the product has sold out, the customer service team will be in contact with you via email to arrange a refund. 

Are my payment details secure?

Simply Pharmacy uses the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) to ensure your security. Your payment details are used only for the purpose of taking payment for your transaction. Simply Pharmacy does not retain the details of your card once the transaction has been completed. 

Can I order items in bulk?

You can email our customer service team at customerservice@simplypharmacy.com.au and we will endeavour to fulfil your order if possible. Please note there are limitations on some product quantities and catalogue items.
